Sculpted Coast Voyage

Leaving Gouvia Marina in the morning light, this extended cruise follows the northern coastline of Corfu, reaching areas that feel more remote and untouched compared to standard routes. The journey begins along the north-east coast, passing a sequence of bays such as Barbati and Nissaki, with clear waters around St. Arsenios Chapel offering ideal conditions for an early swim and snorkelling stop.

As the cruise continues north, the coastline unfolds naturally, leading past Agni Bay — a well-known seaside stop often chosen for a relaxed brunch or lunch later in the day. Rounding the northern edge of the island, the landscape changes as the boat reaches Canal d’Amour, where wind and sea have shaped the sandstone into one of Corfu’s most striking natural formations and swimming spots.

Heading further west and then south, the route reaches Afionas and the distinctive double beach of Porto Timoni, accessible only by boat and considered one of the island’s most memorable swimming locations.

Following the steep cliffs of the western coast, the cruise arrives in Palaiokastritsa, renowned for its turquoise bays, sea caves, and the historic monastery overlooking the coastline. The area offers several options for lunch, including beachfront tavernas near the caves, which can be visited upon request.

On the return journey, the route passes along the north-eastern coastline once more, with a final swim stop at Erimitis Bay — a quiet, scenic spot that offers a fitting close to the day before heading back.
